Lucy’s a really good tutor. We’ve been meeting at her place every Thursday and Friday to study for our upcoming tests, and I’m finally getting better at math. I still have a long way to reach mediocrity, though, so it might be a while before I get a decent grade. Right now, I just want to be able to pass.
Hilda is nowhere to be seen nowadays. She’s busy on weekends doing god knows what. I can barely keep track of her at recess. She’s been hanging out with Stephen a lot lately which is making me question her intentions. I feel bad for Simon not knowing about this. I overheard Claudia jokingly say there’s something going on between them. But I know it’s true. I’ve predicted that since the moment they met.
I feel an urge to interfere and stop whatever it is that’s about to happen from happening. She can’t have him. It’s not right. She has a boyfriend who I happen to admire and like. This will ruin everything.
